A Grade 'A' listed building, the present parish church, designed by Gillespie
Graham in 1815 is the third to have been built on this site. It is of
neo-perpendicular design, with a crenellated and pinnacled tower and with a
bell dating back to 1747. It replaced an earlier building which was destroyed
by fire.
