Guild Week 22-29 November. 'What do you know

Parish
Christmas Cards - Next Sunday, 29th November, the Christmas cards for
delivery to all houses in the parish will be available. Your help in
taking a bundle of these cards and delivering them would be greatly
appreciated.'
Gift Service - Sunday 29 November. You are invited to join our young people in
bringing a new toy/gift suitable for children aged 0 and 16 years, (unwrapped
but wrapping paper would be appreciated). Gifts will be distributed through
Edinburgh Women’s Aid, Saughton Prison Children’s Gift Scheme, the Salvation
Army and Howdenhall Children’s Centre.
Tuesday 1st December at 7.30pm in the Kirk - an Evening with Alastair MacDonald in aid of
Bright Sparks for children with additional special needs. Tickets cost £5 from
Louise Ogilvy after the 11am service.
WW on a Tuesday 1st December - 8pm Christmas Crafts and
nibbles at Jaqueline Finlay, Kirk Park.

Labyrinth of Light in the kirk. Wednesday 2nd and Saturday 5th
December 2-5pm, Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th December
2-9pm. Take time out before the Christmas rush to think what Christmas is all
about.
